Dorm Registration for IDS Project Conference 2017

Please reserve your dorm room for the IDS Project Confrerence using this order form. Wednesday night and Thursday night reservations may be purchased separately if you plan on staying only one night, or you may reserve both Wednesday night and Thursday night in one ticket by selecting "Dorm Wednesday and Thursday Night."

The Mohawk Suites at SUNY Poly will be available for conference attendees at a rate of $80 per night. For each suite, there are four bedrooms with one bathroom to share among the four bedrooms. The following amenitites are included for each room: Pillow, pillow case, sheets, blanket, (1) towel, (1) washcloth, toilet paper, and paper towels in each room/bathroom.

Conference Information:

The IDS Project's 13th Annual Summer Conference is Thursday, July 27th and Friday, July 28th at the SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY. This year's conference theme is Steering the Future, Together and approximately 200 attendees are expected.

This year's conference is packed with information and training regarding exciting new technologies and strategies for information access, resource sharing and acquisitions/collection development. Session tracks include ILL/DD, Technology, and Collection Development. You can choose to follow an entire track or choose individual sessions from across each track. All library professionals are encouraged to attend regardless of affiliation with IDS Project.
