Emily Drabinski is from the CUNY Graduate Center and is the incoming President-elect of the American Library Association.

Presentation: Collective Power, Collective Good: Organizing for Change
How do we make the world we want, especially when we’re not the ones in charge? As we know from resource sharing librarians, building robust collaborative networks is key. It will take all of us! Join Emily Drabinski for a discussion of the nuts and bolts of organizing for change: making demands, planning campaigns, assessing lists, and celebrating our collective wins. Get ready to get better at changing the world!
